2. Your account You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least eighteen years of age.
3. Bids are binding Every bid placed is a binding offer to purchase. A bid cannot be withdrawn once placed except with our agreement and in exceptional circumstances.
4. Right of refusal TURATHYA reserves the right to refuse any bid, suspend any account, or withdraw any lot from sale before closing.
5. Reserve Lots that do not reach their reserve are not sold.
6. Descriptions and condition Professional care is taken over description and dating. Descriptions are a professional opinion and not a warranty. Lots are sold as they stand.
7. Payment Payment falls due within seven working days of the winning notification. Non-payment entitles us to re-offer the lot and to claim any shortfall from the defaulting buyer.
8. Title Title passes on receipt of cleared funds in full.
9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
